The NuPrisma Network is a curated community of independent coaches, psychologists, and specialists who share NuPrisma’s commitment to inclusive leadership, wellbeing, and meaningful professional growth.
We collaborate with these professionals to ensure clients have access to the right perspectives, lived experiences, and areas of expertise for their unique goals. This network allows us to remain responsive, culturally aware, and aligned with the diverse communities we serve.
Professionals in the NuPrisma Network are independent collaborators and are not employees of NuPrisma.

Ellen Smalley
Ellen is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). She holds a Bachelors degree in Health Promotion, minored in Nutrition. She also earned a Masters degree in Exercise Physiology.
Meredith O'Brien
Meredith is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey, a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, a Carolyn Costin Certified Eating Disorder Coach and comprehensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Jennifer Cavello
Jennifer has a Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology and in Special Education. She specializes in working with children with Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Autism, Language Delayed/Disordered as well as with typically developing children.
