ü General Consultation – review of client’s needs and goals – Breakdown schedule for a session or series of sessions.
ü Initial Interview Assessment – Mock-Up interview
ü Discovery – During discovery phase we learn more about YOU, your interests, what motivates you, what your strengths and needs are, what your goals are. You are encouraged to open up without feeling pressured. We work with you in a way you are comfortable, and feel ready and motivated to move forward in your journey.
ü We prepare an individualized plan with mockup interview sessions
ü We set up sessions that include mockup interviews, provide feedback and strategies to improve the interview
ü We provide feedback on resume, and thank you letters and interview etiquette
ü We provide transitioning support strategies from interview to settling into new position.
ü We provide support on communication skills, and other soft skills to help you feel more confident.
