Advocacy Services and Fees
IEP Consultation (CPSE/CSE)
$150 for 60 minutes
Discuss your child’s evaluations, present levels, goals, services, accommodations, supports, and educational placement.
Gain clarity on your concerns, questions, and possible next steps.
Parent Advocacy Coaching
$150 for 60 minutes
Build the knowledge and confidence to advocate for your child. Clarify your priorities, prepare for school meetings, ask informed questions, and communicate your child’s needs effectively.
Educational Records Review
Starting at $150
Review of one current IEP + up to 25 pages of supporting records, such as evaluations, progress reports, notices, and other relevant documentation.
Gain clarity on your child’s educational plan, identify potential gaps, and know the right questions to ask to support their individual needs and success.

Scheduling & Payment
Payment is required at the time of booking. Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments are nonrefundable. Exceptions may be considered for emergencies or extenuating circumstances.
For records review services, documents must be submitted within the requested timeframe. Once the review has begun, the service is nonrefundable.
Services are available in English and Spanish.
