Empowers Children and Adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and autism. Dreams With Wings is a certified provider through the Supports for Community Living Waiver and the Michelle P Waiver (both of which are federally funded programs)
Children Services:
- Youth summer camps
Offers two summer camp programs for youth ages 8-21 diagnosed on the autism spectrum and Down Syndrome.

Offers respite support to adults who want to continue to live in their own home
- Supported employment
Helps individuals discover personal interests, find or negotiate a job that fits things they like to do and do well, become established as valued employees, and pursue job advancements.

Provides speech, occupational and physical therapy
- Behavioral support
Services are tailored to meet the individual needs of every person and provide skills for daily living
- The Teen and YA Education program
Expands opportunities for teens to develop social and independent learning skills

Provides support and training to empower an individual to build a natural support system by joining a club, group, association, church, business, or other organization in the community
