LADD envisions a world where ALL can pursue their best life.

Provides the dignity of adulthood through housing, health and wellness, day programs, employment, and advocacy.

LADD’s Smart Living Program

Combines smart home technologies, virtual support systems and wearables to further independence and improve affordability.

Community Supported Living Program

Offers adults with developmental disabilities the opportunity to learn and strengthen independent living skills such as how to access shopping malls, banks, churches, recreation opportunities and public transportation resources while living in their own home, apartment or family residence.

HLADD provides an alternative residential setting where participants reside in a shared living home environment. Individuals are served by certified Independent Contractors who welcome them to share their homes and actively participate in the daily routines of life.

Margaret B. Geier Apartments is a subsidized 39 unit fully accessible apartments designed for independent living with onsite management and supports.

HLADD also provides respite services. Services occur in the caregiver’s home by certified providers to provide a short-term break to primary caregivers.

LADD supports people in obtaining and maintaining meaningful employment. Also partners with employers to identify, train and maintain the best employees for their businesses.

Partners with individuals on job placement, training and follow-along coaching.

Provide opportunities for participants to learn and strengthen life and communication skills and build confidence. Experiences range from adventure trips to volunteering to cooking classes. The program runs seven days a week and with small groups of 4 -5 people.

Regular health and wellness program
