Nick Kastrinakis

Nick serves as our Executive Advisor specializing in Leadership and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Over the years, Nick has dedicated his career to guiding organizations through transformative leadership development and cultivating environments where diversity is not just embraced but celebrated. Nick’s approach to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is not just about compliance; it’s about creating cultures where everyone has a seat at the table and the opportunity to excel.

He has experience working with non-profit organizations and Fortune 500 companies and regardless of the size or industry, Nick provides the same level of commitment in leadership practices advocating for inclusive workplaces where every individual feels a sense of belonging and can thrive professionally.

Nick studied Management Engineering at CW Post LIU at a graduate Level and Information Systems Management at CUNY as an undergrad. He currently resides in New York and enjoys coaching, reading and traveling to Greece with his amazing and supportive family.
