Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Hofstra University, and various licenses and certifications in Computer Forensics, Storage, Network, Virtualization and Cloud Solutions. Beyond his professional endeavors, Richard is a strong advocate for elevating education and health services for people with disabilities. Inspired by personal experiences and a desire to create positive change, he has dedicated himself to championing the rights and inclusion of individuals with disabilities. He firmly believes that technology holds immense potential to break down barriers and empower individuals of all abilities to thrive in a digital world.

Richard strongly believes in the Intersection of Data Privacy and Disability Rights, through his role as a Data Privacy Executive Advisor, he strives to bridge the gap between data privacy and disability
rights.
