Detailed Information

Adecco believes everyone is “differently-abled” no matter their strengths or weaknesses, everyone has opportunities.

The Adecco staff recruits and provide training for people with disabilities and are helping build a workforce of diversity and inclusion by helping educate clients on preparing the work environment for easy accessibility.

Adecco has a Disability Mentoring Day to help talented candidates combat ableism in the workplace and go over why does accessibility matter to businesses?:

  • Opens up more opportunities to job seekers
  • Opens up more talent to employers
  • Helps instill more confidence in workers
  • Demonstrates the strengths of disabled talent in the workplace
