“AHRC New York City is one of the largest nonprofit organizations in the city.  It is governed by a Board of Directors, two-thirds of whom must be relatives of persons with developmental disabilities, working together with a staff of dedicated professionals.”

Their membership fees help support:

  • Fund programs and services that enrich the lives of people with developmental disabilities
  • Advocate on behalf of children and adults with developmental disabilities
  • Impact legislative policy through our unified voice
