Day Program services
For adults with autism at the Lima and Whitehouse locations. Both programs are person-centered and focus on nurturing participants’ passions and helping to develop life skills and job skills.
Residential Programs
Bittersweet operates two residential programs with different funding and waiver options to meet the unique needs of the participants
Transition Program
Serves students with autism ages 12-22 at the Pemberville location
Partners with local school districts to provide educational services to each student based on their unique needs, enabling them to complete their high school education.
Funding for these services comes from the home school district, and upon completion of the Transition Program, students receive their high school diploma from their home school district.
Social and recreational programs
For teens and adults on the autism spectrum throughout Northwest Ohio. These programs are based at our Whitehouse and Lima locations, with many of the offerings taking place in community settings.
