The HKSB Children’s Learning Center is an early intervention/pre-school program focused for children with low vision, as well as children with low vision in addition to other needs. Multiple types of therapy are offered, as well as fun, age-appropriate activities such as dance and music. It is a public program funded by the New York State government. No fees are required for early intervention.
