The ODO is a nonprofit organization founded for the purpose of creating a society in which all persons with disabilities have the same opportunities as everyone else. They want to teach businesses how to succeed in the disability market, while simultaneously empowering the disability community. They believe that in today’s world that promoting disabilities are full of myths and misconceptions. The ODO gives large corporations and small business the tools they need to serve the disability market. Through social action and research, the ODO seeks to improve the quality of life for people with disabilities.
