Executive Director, Strategy and Operations

Gabriela brings over 20 years of experience in leadership, mentorship, and professional development with a background in the Fortune 500 Fintech and Information Technology industries. Throughout her career, she has empowered individuals and teams to reach their highest potential by fostering engagement, cultural competence, and continuous learning. She partners with clients to lead with purpose, build confidence, and develop the skills needed to create a lasting impact in their careers and organizations.

She provides personalized coaching tailored to both neurodivergent and neurotypical individuals. Through a supportive and strengths-based approach, she helps clients develop essential skills like time management, self-advocacy, executive function, and organization — empowering them to navigate their professional journeys with clarity, confidence, and success. She believes that leading with purpose is essential for personal and organizational leadership, driving the creation of innovative and accessible products and services that benefit everyone.

Having close connections with individuals who have visible and invisible disabilities, she has gained a deep, personal understanding of the challenges in accessing inclusive resources and services. This insight has driven her to promote environments where people are valued for their strengths and potential — promoting awareness, creativity, and opportunities for growth. It has also inspired her to develop coaching and advocacy programs designed to prepare individuals for the workforce and bridge the gap between talent and opportunity.

Gabriela moved to the United States from Ecuador in the late 90s, she holds a Master of Arts in Strategic Leadership from St. Bonaventure University, a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Yale School of Management and a B.S. Science in Computer Science from Hofstra University. She serves on the Board of Directors for NuPrisma and Catalight Care Services supporting mental health and educational initiatives for people with disabilities. She also serves locally in her community advocating for resources and special education programs. She is married and has two amazing kids who continue to motivate her to advance her mission and vision for NuPrisma.
