Gabriela has over 20 years of experience working in the Fortune 500 Fintech and other Information technology industries. She has led global team operations effectively with extraordinary results fostering a culture of engagement, cultural competence and continuous learning. She partners with  individuals and organizations to lead with purpose, be inspired and empower those around them to create lasting impact. She considers leading with purpose a key element in personal and organizational leadership that results in innovative and accessible products and services everyone can benefit from. 

She is part of a family that has visible and invisible disabilities and has seen the struggles to find inclusive resources and services, and has created a space to help people see beyond the disabilities, bringing awareness and opportunities for growth and creativity. Gabriela’s passion and leadership guidance helps build partnerships, uniting experts and specialists,  creating strategic solutions that elevate social responsibility and sustainability efforts leading to a more accessible and inclusive future. 

Gabriela moved to the United States from Ecuador in the late 90s, she graduated with a B.S. Science in Computer Science from Hofstra University and holds a Master of Arts in Strategic Leadership from St. Bonaventure University. She serves in the Board of Directors for NuPrisma and Catalight Care Services supporting mental health and educational initiatives for people with disabilities. She also serves locally in her community advocating for resources and special education programs. She is married and has two amazing kids who continue to motivate her to advance her mission and vision for NuPrisma.
