Kathy brings over 20 years of experience in quality assurance, systems reliability, and operational excellence. Prior to joining NuPrisma, she was serving as a Quality Assurance Manager in complex, high-reliability software environments, where she led teams and strengthened quality governance processes.

Her professional background includes performance testing, risk mitigation, data integrity oversight, failover recovery planning, and building resilient systems designed to operate under demanding conditions.

At NuPrisma, Kathy applies her systems expertise to ensure that our coaching and consulting programs are structured, scalable, and delivered with consistency and care. She works behind the scenes to strengthen program design, safeguard quality standards, and support measurable impact — helping ensure that our services create meaningful, accessible experiences for neurodivergent individuals and inclusive leaders alike.

Kathy believes that strong systems should empower people, not constrain them. She brings a calm, thoughtful presence to her leadership and is known for listening deeply, fostering collaboration, and helping others find clarity in complex situations.

Outside of work, she enjoys dancing and traveling — experiences that reflect her vibrant energy, curiosity, and love of connection.
